Our Senior Executive Group Coaching program is based on 2 basic learning principles. The first principal is that learning results from engaging new information that is discussed, applied, and integrated within ourselves. The second learning principle is that valuable learning comes from our peers…from our shared experiences, feedback, and encouragement. A tailored plan and call to action is created by each participant, and his/her progress is reported to and tracked within the group. The groups are small and confidential.
